Registry and archives
The registry section functions to maintain a register of the issues dealt with by the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). It also answers inquires regarding registered documents and responds to requests for documents.
The archives section is responsible for the archives of THL and its predecessor bodies. It also provides an information service regarding the archives.
Archives
The registry and archives provide an opportunity to examine THL's and its predecessor bodies' documents. Copies of the documents are available on request.
Research authorisation or other permission is necessary for access to document groups or individual documents containing confidential information. Please send written applications for authorisation to the THL registry.
