Living will

A living will is a document stating your wishes concerning your medical treatment in the case that you become legally incapacitated due to a serious illness, an accident, or infirmity in old age.

The living will defines the conditions under which any artificial medical treatment is excluded that maintains your vital functions and keeps you alive on a short-term basis.

The living will is signed by the person concerned and two witnesses, simultaneously present.

The living will can be printed and copied in pdf format free of charge.
